Loaned Executives

Loaned Executives are individuals who are selected to provide assistance to the Combined Federal Campaign.  After a short intensive training period, they help plan, train, manage, implement, report and evaluate the CFC campaign. With guidance and assistance from the CFC staff, loaned executives provide outstanding customer service to federal agencies, helping them reach higher levels of employee participation and average gift for the campaign. These invaluable executives will:

  • Assist federal agencies to identify opportunities to improve their campaign results, voluntarily involve more people, and develop specific plans for quality improvements
  • Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to train, motivate, and monitor federal employee campaign volunteers, calling upon others for assistance when needed, as well as provide assistance to others when called upon and act as a ‘catalyst for success’ by doing whatever is necessary for the campaign to achieve an increase in dollars raised and focusing on increasing participation.
